Ticket Policies
Late Seating
Due to the intimate nature of HERE's performance space, regrettably there will be no late seating.
Refunds
Requests for ticket exchanges or refunds cannot be granted for any reason.
Student Tickets
College students & teachers can get a free rush ticket to any HERE Resident Artist show upon presenting valid ID. There is a limit of 1 ticket per person, and the ticket will be given out just before the House closes and the show begins. Entirely subject to availability.
Festivals packages
Packages offers are available for Culturemart and other festivals. After buying a package:
Call the box office (which is open after 5pm on show days) at 212.647.0202 ex 1 to redeem your tickets

2) Go to Ovationtix.com and login with the email address you used to purchase the package
3) Click "My Account"
4) Click "Redeem Packages/Subscriptions"
5) Select the shows/programs that you want to see
6) You will then receive a receipt for $0 (since you already purchased the package); your tickets will be held at the box office for the shows you selected.
