Pieces of Paper Project - Aspirations of 9/11 Michael Simon Hall
Pieces of Paper Project - Aspirations of 9/11 played from May 12-14, 2011 in the Dorothy B. Williams Theatre.
About the show
A visceral multimedia meditation on the power of human compassion in action the week of September 11, 2001. A large ensemble of actors representing every walk of life take you on an emotional theatrical journey, using movement, video, text, and original music by internationally acclaimed composer Anton Batagov. This story of hope is inspired by and features actual documents created the week of 9/11 by grassroots volunteers at the Chelsea Piers Support Center in New York City.
A fall production is planned to commemorate the 10th anniversary of 9/11 and volunteers everywhere, in the name of our fallen heros and loved ones.
